All products will be shipped within the NEXT BUSINESS DAY. Products on back order will be shipped in the order they where recieved.

Shipping & Handling

Shipping Charges will be added based on shipping service, shipping zone and parcel weight.
A $7.00 handling charge is added to all orders.

International Orders

Due to the potential for fraud and to speed up the processing of your order, CTEX Inc requires that the billing and shipping address be verified. To expedite orders, the billing and the shipping address should be the same.

If you are paying by check or money order product will be shipped as soon as payment is recieved. Please call if you need to set up credit terms.

CTEX Inc Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may receive a prompt replacement or refund, subject to restrictions below.

Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. NO returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number. RMAs may be requested by e-mailing sales@ctexinc.com Please provide the following information when requesting an RMA number: customer name, invoice number and the nature of the problem. All can be found on your invoice. No collect shipments will be accepted.

All defective products will be accepted directly by CTEX Inc for credit, exchange or repair, at CTEX Inc discretion within 30 days of the invoice date. All non-defective returns for credit or exchange are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and must be returned within 14 days of the date of invoice. All products to be returned for credit must be returned 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and must include original packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.

Any on-line ordering information you submit will be transmitted via a secure site. A secure site uses a protective mechanism called SSL encryption (industry standard security through your browser). Information regarding you and your order will be kept confidential and used only to process your order.

CTEX Inc may from time to time send advanced notice concerning special pricing or new products to its preferred customers. If you do not want to receive this service, simply e-mail sales@ctexinc.com, indicate as such and your name will be removed from the mailing list. We will not at any time sell your name to a third party. We are not responsiable for any third party links found on our site as each site has it's own policy.
